These terms apply to your use of the Magic Klean Pool Services website and to pool services we provide. By booking a service you agree to these terms.
A booking request submitted through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm timing and scope. Any pricing discussed is an estimate until the work is confirmed.
We aim to turn up when we say we will and to complete every job to a high standard. Pool conditions can vary; some issues (such as severe algae or equipment faults) may need additional visits or parts, which we will discuss with you first.
You agree to provide safe access to the pool and equipment. We take pool safety seriously and will not leave gates open. Please let us know of any hazards, pets or access requirements before your appointment.
Payment terms will be confirmed with you at the time of booking or on completion of the work, as agreed.
We carry insurance and take care in everything we do. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the relevant service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
