When you contact us or request a booking we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property suburb and details about your pool. If you upload a photo of your pool, we collect that image to help us understand the job.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, schedule and carry out pool services, send photo service reports, and contact you about your booking. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
We do not share your personal information with third parties except where needed to provide our service (for example facilitating a pool compliance inspection) or where required by law.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to only keep it for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our records obligations.
